SINGAPORE, Feb 21 (Reuters) - Funds linked to the Bank of New York Mellon have raised their combined stakes in Singapore's DBS Group (DBSM.SI: Quote, Profile, Research), taking advantage of the recent drop in Asian bank shares, according to a disclosure statement on Thursday.
