JAKARTA, Feb. 29 (Xinhua) -- Indonesian police chief General Sutanto on Friday asked the fugitive terrorist leader in Singapore Selamat bin Kastari to surrender himself to the police should he escaped to Indonesia.
Kastari, 47, was the top leader of the Southeast Asia terrorist network of Jemaah Isamiyah for Singapore and was jailed for plotting to blow up Changi airport in the city-state
