Hong Kong rated world's freest economy for 14th year

HONG KONG, Jan 15 (Reuters) - Hong Kong was ranked the world's freest economy on Tuesday for a 14th straight year by the U.S.-based Heritage Foundation, but second-placed Singapore is catching up.
