The Confederation of Australian Motor Sport has been appointed the official race organisation consultant for the inaugural 2008 FORMULA 1(tm) SingTel Singapore Grand Prix to be held next September. The historic event will also mark the first ever night race to be held in Formula One history.
CAMS will work alongside race promoter Singapore GP Pte Ltd, the Singapore Sports Council (SSC), Singapore Tourist Board (STB) and the Singapore Motor Sports Association (SMSA) to provide training and support for the 800 marshals required to run the event.
