Singapore holds golf game, carnival, to get local Tamil-speaking Indians to integrate with new foreign arrivals

SINGAPORE: Indians in Singapore have celebrated a community integration day with fun fare, cultural shows, a golf tourney and a gala dinner.
Former Singapore diplomat and president of the Singapore Indian Association, K Kesavapany, was honored for his efforts in promoting integration among the diverse Indian community here.
The city state's former President S R Nathan presented the award to Kesavapany, who is also the Governor on the Singapore International Foundation. Full story
