MOE experiments with revised English curriculum for PSLE paper

The Education Ministry (MOE) announces this in a press statement today, saying that these students who are taught the new syllabus will sit for the revised Primary School Leaving Examination (PSLE) English Language papers in 2015.
This is part of the ministry’s regular review of the English Language syllabus, to make it relevant to the changing environment and profile of learners, it says.
MOE says that the revised programme called “Stellar” (Strategies for English Language Learning and Reading) is designed to cater to a diverse range of learners in the school system and it was developed based on research carried out in Singapore schools. Full story
