Bangkok Post, 20 Aug 2012Singapore is not shy about its information technology ambition. It has always positioned itself as the global IT hub, says Yaacob Ibrahim, the minister of information, communications and the arts.
“We want to be an IT-enabled society so that Singapore people can live better lives and do the things they do best,” said Dr Ibrahim. “We would like people around the world to believe that the technology here is world-class so that they want to invest.”
