Singapore will keep tightening restrictions on employing low-cost foreign workers despite concerns from companies about the supply of labour, local media quoted Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Tharman Shanmugaratnam as saying today.
“The government does not think we can slow the pace we have adopted in foreign worker policies,” Tharman told parliament during a debate on the government’s fiscal 2012 budget,.... Full story
