July 3 (Bloomberg) -- Australia will decide late next week whether to apply for a court ruling to keep Tiger Airways Holdings Ltd. grounded, after forcing the airline to suspend domestic flights until July 9 on "serious" safety concerns.
The Civil Aviation Safety Authority has teams investigating the problems and will make a decision on applying to the Federal Court after meeting with Tiger management, Peter Gibson, a spokesman for the air safety bureau, said in a telephone interview today. Full story
