There are about 300,000 Malaysians in Singapore - Malaysian High Commissioner

SINGAPORE, April 1 (Bernama) -- More than 5,000 Malaysians residing in Singapore have registered with the Malaysian High Commission, said Malaysian High Commissioner to Singapore Datuk Md Hussin Nayan.
He added, however, that "according to our estimate, there are about 300,000 Malaysians in the city-state.
"Since I came, we have already registered more than 5,000 of them," he told Bernama at a "Malaysians Get-Together" programme on Wednesday night. Md Hussin was appointed the high commissioner on Jan 29, 2009. Full story
