Singapore - South-East Asia's biggest telecommunications company, Singapore Telecommunications Ltd, Wednesday said its mobile customer base increased by 43 million, or 17 per cent, year-on-year.SingTel said it had 293 million mobile subscribers by the end of March, up from 250 million the previous year.
