Minzhong raised US$170 mil in IPO, GIC cuts stake to 19.2%

China Minzhong Food Corp said on Wednesday it will raise S$237 million ($170 million) in its initial public offering in Singapore after pricing its IPO in the middle of an indicative price range.
An investment vehicle of sovereign fund the Government of Singapore Investment Corp GIC.UL is cutting its stake in the company to 19.2 percent from 31.2 percent. Full Story
