Organizers of the Singapore 2010 Youth Olympic Games are still short of 5,000 volunteers, and are looking for ideas, participation and energy with just five months to go before the Games begin.Minister for Community Development, Youth and Sports, Vivian Balakrishnan said, "we need ideas, we need participation, we need energy.
