Temasek Holdings Pte., the controlling shareholder of Singapore Airlines Ltd., may reach an agreement in the coming days to buy a 2 percent stake in Lan for about $116 million, newspaper Diario Financiero reported, citing people familiar with the negotiations it didn’t name.
