Singaporean nursing students made to do volunteer work in India

A group of 33 nursing students, in their first and second year of training at School of Health Sciences, Ngee Ann Polytechnic University of Singapore, have been camping at Manipal for a week now.
Led by their teacher Ismail Maideen, the group is on their college’s annual two-week long youth expedition in which they seek to reach out to grassroot levels of various communities.
