SINGAPORE, Oct. 2 (Xinhua) -- Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong has written a condolence letter to Samoan Prime Minister Tuila'epa Sa'ilele Malielegaoi on the destruction to Samoa by the South Pacific Tsunami.
