Possible Sale Of Citigroup Stake By GIC

Faced with the prospect of Citigroup being delisted in New York, The Government of Singapore Investment (GIC) is reportedly considering long-term options - including gradually selling its shares that is now worth only $1.02 (Friday).

However, people familiar with it have cautioned that a final decision is likely to be far off. Apart from an gradual divestment, other options were for GIC to remain an investor - or even invest more, Wall Street Journal reported.
