A Filipino blogger whose website had been hacked has posted that “Hong Kong is an extension of Philippine territory and may be considered as part of our psychic possessions.”
“Hong Kong is easily the Pinoys’ favorite foreign destination and they have supported its tourism and economy for close to a century,” the blogger said.
“So, if Beijing could claim Scarborough (Panatag) Shoal as Chinese territory, can we not lay a claim to Hong Kong as ours for those reasons?” Full story
