Singapore’s Temasek buys $2.3 billion of shares of China’s ICBC from Goldman Sachs

SINGAPORE — Singaporean state investment company Temasek Holdings says it has agreed to buy $2.3 billion of shares of Industrial & Commercial Bank of China from Goldman Sachs Group.
Temasek said in a statement Monday that it will acquire 3.55 billion of shares of ICBC, China’s largest bank. Full story
