The News Herald, 23 Feb 2012LYNN HAVEN — A group of educators visiting from Singapore toured Haney Technical Center on Thursday afternoon to help them in their endeavor to launch a specialized school for vocational education.
The educators from Singapore are attending the ninth annual National At-Risk Education Network National Conference, which is being held at the Edgewater Beach Resort. While in town they are touring schools. The tour started with Haney and will continue Friday at Surfside Middle School, Bay Haven Charter Academy and Margaret K. Lewis School in Millville.
