inSing.com, 19 Feb 2012An MP recently shared the predicament of families who have to share flats under the current rental scheme.
Dr Lily Neo, a Member of Parliament for Tanjong Pagar GRC told the parliament about two families consisting of 14 people who have to squeeze into a three-room flat.
So many people living in the small space has caused a lot of conflict in the house, with some of them waking up as early as 3am to fight for the use of the toilet. Full story
