Malaysia, Singapore study underground road link

PUTRAJAYA: Malaysia and Singapore are examining the prospect of expanding the scope of the proposed Rapid Transit System (RTS) between Singapore and Johor Baru to include underground road link between the two neighbours, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak said today.
A study has been commissioned for the most viable option for the project, targeted to be operational by 2018, Najib told a joint media conference with his Singapore counterpart, Lee Hsien Loong, after the Malaysia-Singapore Leaders' Retreat here. Full story
