According to a new study, some mindless Internet browsing not only doesn't detract from a worker's productivity -- it helps.
A researcher with National University of Singapore told the Academy of Management that it's no use fighting silly slideshows or viral videos.
"Employees who browse the web more end up being more engaged at work, so why fight that if it's in moderation?" said researcher Don J.Q. Chen, according to Huffington Post.
