SINGAPORE -(MarketWatch)- The number of private homes sold in Singapore rose 17% in July from a month earlier, the city-state's Urban Redevelopment Authority said Monday.
A total of 1,386 private residential units were sold in July, up from 1,182 in June, data released on the URA's website showed. July's sales figures mark the first on-month rise since April.
In June, private home sales had fallen 25% on month, after sales in May fell 12.7% from April.
