Repeat occurrences of pastors mocking other religions while preaching show that many Christians here do not love their neighbours, Singapore pastor Malcolm Tan has suggested in an article in the latest issue of Church & Society in Asia Today.
Drawing on the teachings of Methodist founder John Wesley, the Reverend Tan wrote: “Such an insensitive attitude on our part is a clear sign that we do not really love the very people whom we desire to reach with the love of God; hence our lack of sensitivity and courtesy.” Full story
