PARIS, May 27 (Xinhua) -- The city is at the core of the development of a country because more and more people will be living in cities, according to a Singaporean minister.Cities are facing pressure from increasing population and "good governance" could be part of the solution, Singaporean National Development Minister Mah Bow Tan told a forum here on cities and green growth.
Mah told Xinhua conserving space for greenery, being efficient and forward-thinking in urban planning was very important. Full Story
