Oct. 2 (Bloomberg) -- Singapore millionaire Oei Hong Leong, who sued Citigroup Inc. over more than S$1 billion ($708 million) in trading losses, said he’s “happy” with the settlement he reached with the U.S. bank and plans to remain a client.Oei, ranked Singapore’s 33rd richest person by Forbes magazine this year, sued Citigroup in May, alleging he incurred the losses after the bank provided him with conflicting reports of his margin surplus in October last year, forcing him to unwind his trades at “an adverse time.”
