SINGAPORE, Oct. 7 (Xinhua) -- Singapore and France on Wednesday tied up to develop nanotechnologies for commercial and defense applications.
The research alliance was formed between Singapore's Nanyang Technological University (NTU), with the largest governmental research organization in France, the National Center of Scientific Research, and Thales the French electronics giant and a global technology leader in aerospace, space, defense, security and transportation industries.
