UniCredit Real Estate S.C.p.A. (“URE”) has entered into an agreement to dispose of 3,200 units held in Fondo Omicron Plus Immobiliare (“Omicron Plus Fund”), managed by Fondi Immobiliari Italiani SGR S.p.A.
