The departure tax for travellers as well as airline fees at Singapore’s Changi Airport are tipped to rise in 2011, when the maximum amount of revenue that the airport is allowed to collect per passenger will increase by 12 per cent from S$14.40 last year to S$16.15.
How the various fees and charges will change will be left to the airport to decide, the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) said.
