July 23 (Bloomberg) -- Singapore Telecommunications Ltd., the city's second pay-TV operator, is rolling out the country's first video-on-demand service that will offer ``Gossip Girl,'' ``24'' and other shows a day after they're aired in the U.S.The company will acquire the content from Disney-ABC International, Twentieth Century Fox and Warner Bros International Television Distribution, it said. Financial details weren't disclosed.
