July 22 (Bloomberg) -- Singapore may review its forecast for inflation in 2008 even as it expects consumer price gains to ease, central bank official Khor Hoe Ee said.
The Monetary Authority of Singapore in May increased its estimate for inflation this year to between 5 percent and 6 percent. Price gains have averaged 7 percent in the first five months of the year.
