Plans for the new centre at the void decks of Blk 860 and 861 in Woodlands Street 83, is now in limbo, according to a report in The New Paper.
53 out of 60 households in Blk 861 are against the new centre and have petitioned their Member of Parliament (MP) Ellen Lee. Full story
