The team has recruited one of Singapore’s top pastry chefs, Janice Wong (above) of 2am:dessert bar who has joined up with Peter Gordon (of The Providores & Tapa Room and Kopapa) to serve up Straits-inspired dishes like lemongrass-infused laksa dumplings with noodles.
